Write to us
The best way to reach Ponderchess is by email at contact@ponderchess.com. Every message is read by a person. Please give your message a short subject line so it reaches the right place quickly.
We don’t offer phone support or live chat. We can’t answer questions about other chess websites, apps, or events, or about accounts on them.
Corrections and suggestions
Chess content should be accurate, and we want to hear about anything that isn’t: a wrong move in a famous game, a misnamed opening variation, an endgame explanation that doesn’t hold up, a mistake in a player profile, or a rule explained unclearly.
Include the page address and, where you can, the position (FEN or PGN) or the move number. Sources such as a game database or a federation rulebook help us check quickly. Suggestions for new lessons, openings to cover, or features are welcome too.
Something not working
If a board, puzzle, lesson film, or computer opponent misbehaves, tell us which page you were on, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. Your browser and device, and whether the 2D or 3D board was in use, help us reproduce the problem.
Privacy requests
To ask about the information described in the Privacy Policy, or to make a request about your personal information, write to the same address with “Privacy” in the subject line. We may need proportionate information to verify a request.
Permissions, credits, and licensing
To ask about reusing Ponderchess’s original text or images, or if you believe material on the site is credited incorrectly or used without permission, write with “Permissions” in the subject line. Include a link to the page and the material concerned. Opening, puzzle, and engine resources come from open projects listed on the About page, under their own licences.
